Can you please review my portfolio? I have a mutual fund portfolio comprising of HDFC Equity Fund - Gr, HDFC Mid Cap Opportunities Fund - Gr, ICICI Prudential Focused Bluechip Equity Fund - Gr, Reliance Pharma Fund - Gr, SBI Blue Chip Fund - Gr, SBI FMCG Fund - Regular Plan - Div?

The schemes in your portfolio are good. However you have invested in two sectoral funds – Reliance Pharma Fund and SBI FMCG Fund.

Hope you are aware that sectoral funds are riskier than diversified equity funds and you should continue with them only if it suits your risk taking appetite. The investment horizon for remaining invested in these kind of funds should also be higher than other category of equity funds.
